Dr. Alex Shor

 Dr. Shor is the founder of Bella Dental of New Jersey, where he and his team strive to ensure that every patient receives the highest level of treatment while being treated like family.

Dr. Alex Shor received a degree in computer engineering from Rutgers University. After spending a few years in that field, he realized that dentistry was his true passion and would also allow him to combine his engineering degree, the artistry of dentistry, and his love of working with people. As a result, he decided to return to school and received his D.M.D. from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Dr. Shor has been actively practicing all aspects of general, cosmetic, and implant dentistry for almost 20 years in Monmouth and Ocean counties. Dr. Shor enjoys the practice of dentistry and looks forward to welcoming you to his practices.

Dr. Shor is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the Monmouth and Ocean Dental Societies. Dr. Shor is also an active member of the American Academy of Osseointegration, a certified Invisalign® provider, and a member of Advanced Dental Seminars, part of the prestigious Seattle Study Club.

When not in the office, Dr. Shor loves spending time with his wife, Irene, and two children, Raquel and Evan. He also enjoys exercising, long distance running, and spending time with their new puppy.
