Dr. Cristina Kavendek

As a lifelong resident of Monmouth County, Dr. Cristina Kavendek is excited to continue her career in the area of New Jersey she proudly calls home, after spending several years practicing dentistry outside of the area. Dr. Kavendek obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Biopsychology and Pre-Health studies from the College of New Jersey. She then went on to earn a D.M.D. degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. During her tenure at Rutgers, Dr. Kavendek was elected into membership of Omicron Kappa Upsilon, the national dental honor society, as well as the National Prosthodontic Honor Society.

Following dental school, Dr. Kavendek completed a rigorous General Practice Residency at Morristown Medical Center, one of the select few level-one trauma hospitals in New Jersey. She then went on to practice in Southern New Jersey for several years. Dr. Kavendek is highly proficient in all areas of general dentistry, including extensive training in full mouth rehabilitation and implant placement. Dr. Kavendek has expanded her practice to include utilizing Clear Correct aligners to straighten teeth and obtaining certification in the placement of BOTOX™ and dermal fillers to provide her patients with healthy and beautiful smiles inside and out. 

In her free time, Dr. Kavendek enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing piano, and attending live music events. Dr. Kavendek wants each patient to be excited for their dental visit, to enjoy their time at the office, and to leave with a brilliant, healthy smile.
